The New York man accused of sexually abuse of the teencian whose body is accused of throwing on the street – online crime

A New York man was accused of sexually abusing a 15 -year -old boy whose corpse was found on a new Rochelle sidewalk earlier this month.

Hugio Horacio Perez-Gabriel, 32, was initially accused of hiding a human corpse in the death of Jonson Temaj, WCBS reports.

A new complaint against him says that Perez-Gabriel has requested and received sex from the boy through WhatsApp, according to Westchester District Prosecutor.

“The statements in this complaint are extremely disturbing. The fact that the same defendant was previously accused of storing a 15-year-old boy, he makes this case even more horrible, “said the Westchester District Prosecutor, Susan Cacace, in a statement. “My office works in the clock to find out what happened to this boy and he undertakes to bring justice to his family.”

The boy’s body was found near Charles Street and Washington Avenue in New Rochelle on February 6th. A 16 -year -old was also arrested on death.

The DA Bureau said that the new charges are two heads of use of a child in a sexual performance, disseminating indecent material for minors and having obscene sexual performance.

The medical examiner has not yet established the cause of Tamaj’s death and no one was accused directly of death.
