Lorenzo Martin was charged for two charges of assault vehicle and two charges of not stopping after an accident.

Cleveland police said that Martin, 61 years old, from Maple Heights, drove into a working area in the work area, hit both men and then fled from the scene.

Martin will be notified on February 25th.
