Earlier, the prosecutor told the court a medical report on Mr. Fellows’s injuries showed that he had suffered a head injury and reported a headache.

He was seen at an urgent care center and also had a soft tissue injury to the left elbow.

Mrs. Storey explains that due to the angle of the assault video, it is not clear whether the wounds were caused by the fists themselves or by Mr. Fellows who hit the floor

The prosecutor told the court that, in a police interview, Mr. Amesbury said he had acted in self -defense.

She said, “It is clear that there was no aggression on the part of Mr. Fellows. He was alone. Do not respond, even after being hit on the floor. “
