A three -year -old girl remained with severe facial injuries, after she was supposed to have resisted sexual assault by her 16 -year -old relative from Tamil Nadu.

The child was returning home from an Anganwadi in the city of Seerkazhi in the Mayiladuthurai district, when the teenager lured him with a chocolate and led to him in a withdrawn place.
