The leader of the Police of Bengaluru arrested for having sexually assaulted minor rape survivor

A police consistency attached to the Bengaluru Bomamanhalli Police Section was arrested by the Mico Model police for sexually assaulted a 17 -year -old rape survivor, in the pretext to help. The accused, identified as Ton Thonpa, was arrested with Vicky, the neighbor of the survivor, against which a separate complaint was filed.

In December 2024, the victim and her mother visited the Bommanahalli police station to file a complaint against Vicky, a neighbor who sexually assaulted her daughter. According to Fire, Vicky had promised to marry the minor and repeatedly assaulted her sexually. In May 2024, he would be physically assaulted and threatened it.

The leader of the Tonpa, who was appointed to help her victim and her mother, would have gained the victim’s confidence promising to help with the case and even find a job. During a week, it seems that the Constanta led the minor to a hotel room in the BTM aspect three times, where he would have raped it after making it alcohol.

Fire states that the Constanta has threatened the minor, claiming that he has videos about it that he will release on social media if he reveals the incident.

Mico Layout police have reserved both Loss and Vicky, in accordance with the Child Protection Law (POCSO) and under charges of rape and criminal intimidation under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
