AAP MLA AMANTATOTAH KHAN, accused of helping the suspect to run away from police, receive prior bail

Delhi’s Court, Rouse Avenue, granted Aap Mla Amanatullah Khan’s anticipatory bail on Tuesday in the event of a wire against him because he would have led the attack on the Jamia Nagar police team.

Earlier, the court granted provisional protection against the arrest in question.

Khan was ordered to provide a bail of 25,000 Rs. By giving bail, the court also guided Khan to cooperate with the probe team and not to change the case -related evidence.

Also, the AAP legislator was forbidden to leave the country without prior permission.

The case refers to an incident in which Khan was accused of helping an accused to evade arrest, the assumption obstructing a police investigation in relation to a case of murder.
