Lowville police are asking for public help in case of identity theft

Lowville – the state police request the public assistance in identifying a female suspect involved in a case of identity theft.

Supervisory films from the Federal Credit Union in northern Croghan captured the suspect who imposed another person and fraudulently withdrawn $ 3,200 from the victim’s bank account.

It seems that the suspect presented the driving license on behalf of the victim to complete the transaction.

Anyone who recognizes the individual in the photo is asked to contact the state police on (315) 366-6000 and the reference case #NY2500081387.
