A sixth person was charged in The ambush killing of a 32 -year -old Birmingham man during his backpack.

Holmes, according to the judicial documents, was in the house, with feeding information McNTYRE to the other suspects, including Rollins and Beck, who were not on their own scene.

All suspects remain inmate unrelated.
