The man in Pottsville turned to court in the attempt

Pottsville – the man of the city accused of attempted homicide about a shot from January 13 in the city remains in the prison in Schuylkill, after all the charges were organized on Monday.

Keron Shockley, 32, sat next to his lawyer, Lonny Fish, Philadelphia, for most of a preliminary hearing of one hour in the judiciary of the Magisterial James Reiley district.

Shockley was in prison from the incident, after Reiley denied the bail based on the attempt to accusation of homicide

Meanwhile, the victim confessed to the wounds who suffered the life he suffered in his buttocks and damage to the bladder and other internal organs.

“On some days it is quite harsh. On some days, it is quite bad, ”confessed Jacob Mason.

It is assumed that a video displayed to the court shows the incident, which the assistant prosecutor of the District Andrew Bench described to those present.

Mason and Police Officer in Pottsville, Michael Hrebik, testified at the hearing.

Mason, who was with a friend, met Shockley while they were at a bar. They talked about music.

“It seemed ok. There was no hostility or nothing, ”confessed Mason before going to the 7-Eleven Convention store, near Route 61 and East Norwegian Street.

While he was in the store, Mason said Shockley put his hands on him, which made him feel uncomfortable.

While outside the store, he said Shockley hit the window, which Mason meant was upset.

Mason and another man left the store together. The shock followed. Minutes later, he said Shockley was the one who shot him. He confessed hearing eight blows.

“I put myself under the trailer and waited for the ambulance and the police to arrive,” he said.

Mason was transported by Medevac to the cedar of Lehigh Valley Cedar-Allentown Hospital. He continues to receive continuous medical treatment for his wounds.

The police officer confesses

Hrebik, who responded to 7-Eleven, at 12:52 am, resorted to shooting, confessed that he had few interactions with Mason, who was found near Phoenix Fire Company on Norwegian East Street.

A 10 mm H Pistol was found in a trash in block 500 in East Norwegian Street. The weapon had the same caliber of bullets as those recovered earlier, according to the testimony.

“This is a large caliber firearm,” Hrebik said, adding something that is not usually seen in the city.

The fish asked questions about the clothing that is said to be worn by the attacker and about the other man who was with Mason.

A resident told police to see a man wearing a gray beanie and a fluffy ran east on the East Market Street. The police detained the shock on Snyder Street, finding their jacket nearby. A review of the shop in the store showed Shockley with clothing that fits the description.

Along with the attempt to kill, Shockley is also accused of offenses of holding a firearm when forbidden; aggravated aggression and transport of firearms without license.

The charges of crime against shock include another person, a simple assault, holding a weapon, manipulating and making physical evidence, looting and overturning at night and a disordered behavior that engages in battle.

The case advances to the County Court of Schuylkill County.
