Advocate General of Arkansas announces two arrests from acts organized by retail crime

Gary Hunt, 71 years old and Latrina Banks, 54, both from Little Rock were arrested by an investigation led by the special investigative division of lawyer Tim Griffin.

“Last week, investigators in my office were arrested on Gary Hunt, 71 -year -old from Little Rock, and Latrina Banks, 54, from Little Rock, under the charge of ownership, said Griffin.

These arrests followed an investigation into organized retail crimes, which showed that these people have repeatedly and systematically targeted the retail stores, which led to losses of almost $ 1,000 only in the crimes they -I investigated. The accusations against hunters and banks have been improved from crimes to crimes because of their previous convictions.

Griffin thanked his investigators for their efforts.

“I am grateful to the investigators in my special investigations division for their excellent work and I appreciate the sixth lawyer Will Jones for the support in this case. The criminals should be aware that they can no longer target the companies in Arkansas.”

According to a statement, Hunt was accused of new crimes after being arrested for accusations that are not related to his documents regarding the theft of property.

Banks was introduced on February 18 and transported to Pulaski County prison.
