2 Arrested in Marshall drug bust who found the stolen weapon

Marshall, Texas (Kltv) – Two men are in the Harrison County prison, after a drug bust that also found cash, weapons and robbery evidence.

According to a statement from the Sheriff’s office in Harrison County, the incident started with an execution of the search warrant in the 1600 block of North Fulton Street on Tuesday. The resulting discoveries included illegal drugs, several weapons, including a stolen weapon, a “substantial cash” and articles connected to an earlier aggravated robbery.

Cruz Rodriguez Sr., 45 years old, and Cruz Rodriguez Jr., 18 years old, were arrested on the spot. Rodriguez Sr. was reserved in the Harrison County prison on the charge of holding a controlled substance, and Rodriguez Jr. has not yet appeared in reservations.
