Fifrnati (WXIX/Gray News)-a 15-year-old boy from Ohio was arrested after shooting and killed his mother’s abusive lover.

The teen’s mother told the police that Levonte Hyde, 30 years old, hit her several times as they led to a store.

The two began to argue when Hyde called it a vulgar name. Then he would have started to hit her in front several times while driving.

When the officers arrived, they found Hyde with more wounds by shooting. Hyde was taken to the hospital where he died later because of his wounds.

The teenager was arrested as a person of interest and charged with crime later that day.

A magistrate has decided that the teenager should remain in the detention center or take care of shelter while waiting for his next hearings, which is expected to be on March 3.

Police said the mother’s lover has a historian of violence.

At the beginning of the day, the police accused him of family violence a few hours before he was killed.

In 2017, Hyde was accused of appeal and criminal pests. The woman involved in this case told the police that she had bitten in her forearm, leaving visible traces, and he damaged a TV, a wall and a door hitting.

She refused medical treatment, and the assault allegation was abandoned against Hyde the following year.

He was convicted of the lower charges in 2018 and sentenced to 90 days of prison with 33 days suspended and credit for 57 days.

Also, the judge ordered him to stay away from her and pay $ 110 with fines and $ 240 in refund.

Hyde was put in the test for 11 months, but it was completed in 2019, when it failed to pay the money owed.

Subsequently, he was paid and, according to the judicial file, he tried to be successful to be expelled the accusation in his file.

More recently, Hyde was accused of theft in 2022, which involved the sale of a dog, but was dismissed at the beginning of 2024.
