Waco, Texas Teen confesses that the relative forced it to watch porn when he was at elementary school, triggering years of sexual abuse

Waco, Texas (Kwtx) – A teenager confessed on Tuesday that Jeremy Joseph Robert, a family member, initiated him for years of sexual abuse, forcing him to watch porn videos with him when he was at elementary school.

Robert, 38 years old, is tried in the 54th court of the Waco State District, on a continuous sexual abuse of a young child’s accusation, a grade I punished by at least 25 years, without conditions of conditional freedom until life, without conditional freedom.

The woman, who is 19 years old now, told jurors how she was expected for more than six years for justice, while she gave up accusations from Robert’s lawyers that she was a troubled child because she did false accusations against others or threatening that when there was problems at school or at home.

The indictment against Robert, issued in November 2019, claims that he has sexually abused from November 2010 to March 2019.

The girl, then a 13-year-old student at Indian Spring Middle School, reported the alleged abuse of a coach, initially telling her to leave home because of Robert’s physical abuse.

The girl had problems at school because she used a mobile phone and said that Robert sent him a message that he would “beat the bottom” when he got home. The school officials called the police, and the girl expanded her accusations against Robert to include years of sexual abuse.

Since her initial cry, the girl also accused Robert’s father, Jerry Robert, of abusing her sexually. Jerry Robert was appointed in a sealed indictment in July, but was not arrested, according to court officials.

The girl confessed on Tuesday that Robert was a strict discipline, which was also physical abusively. She said she started her improper sexual behavior for the first time, showing her a pornographic video on her phone, when she was in the second class, while she was exposed to her.

She described an incident in which she said that Robert had sexually assaulted, causing intense pain and forcing her to run to the bathroom to wipe the blood. She said that Robert forced her to have oral sex and often took her hand and forced her to the genital organs.

She confessed that she eventually had abuse because she was tired of living in that environment. She said that Robert was constantly threatening to hurt her mother if she told someone and said she would destroy her family if she would report it, which she said.

It has been hospitalized three times in a mental health unit after a suicide attempt with an overdose of medicines and for suicide ideas.

During the cross -examination from Defense Lawyer Abel Reyna, who represents her with lawyer Archie Cruz, the girl denied Reyna’s statements that she made accusations to deviate from her situations when she had problems.

Reyna also asked about some discrepancies in statements to officials during CPS, police, forensic and medical examination.

She said she did not remember that she threatened to report her uncle to CPS on charges of sexual abuse, after her aunt and uncle took a secret mobile phone that she hid as she lived with them for a period .

She also said she didn’t remember telling the forensic interviewer that she had a friend who claimed that her mother’s lover raped it because she wanted to live with her father.

The girl acknowledged Reyna she wanted to live with her father, but said she learned his identity only after sexual abuse.

The testimony of criminal prosecution will resume Wednesday morning.
