Another witness reported that he saw Camp and Rivera in a “heated argument”, before Camp, assumed that he grabbed Rivera’s hair and “threw it violently in his vehicle” before the arrival of the witnesses. During the altercation, two of Camp’s friends tried to intervene, but they were also attacked. It is assumed that the camp hit and hit his friends in front, causing one of them to hit his head on the sidewalk and bleed.

One of Camp’s friends told the police that he was trying to stop the fight when the camp hit him with his fist, causing him to lose his knowledge for a few seconds, when his head hit the ground.

Subsequently, an injury check was carried out on the river, which had a small laceration on the left foot, a right knee injury and a minor bruising on the left knee. She also complained about headaches. The river was treated at the Guam Memorial Hospital and told the officers that he had not attacked anyone, saying that the group of people began to fight with the camp. She added that she began to remove people from the camp, according to the judicial documents.

“She claimed that nothing was produced after asking the group to stop attacking the camp and that everyone left,” the complaint said.

After he was arrested, Camp was accused of four charges of crime appeal, family violence as a crime and disordered conduct as a small crime. The river was accused of two charges of appeal and disordered conduct as a small crime.

At their first appearances in court, both Camp and Rivera were issued on personal recognition bonds of 2,000, respectively $ 1,000.
