Shoplifting climbs to the suspect found hidden in the shower in Hesston

Wichita, Kan. (Kwch) -which started as a selling incident in Hesston, escalated into several arrests, including one of the suspects who hid in a housing owner.

On Sunday, the Hesston Police Department said they went to the Casey truck station near I-135, where two women were supposed to steal food and drinks. The Casey appellant provided the police a description of a utility vehicle that women could have driven. When the officers fired the utility vehicle, they noticed two women running at the same time.

The police managed to catch one of the women, while the other one made a home nearby.

“When he (the officer) climbed to the porch, that person disappeared. He knocked on the door, “said Chris Eilert chief on Tuesday. “The homeowner told him that the person was in their house hiding in their bathroom.”

When searching for the utility vehicle, the police discovered about 10 grams of methamphetamine, potential fentanil, marijuana and 50 to 60 drugs of drugs.

Hesston police arrested the two shopping suspects and a male driver for multiple charges. There was a fourth suspect facing accusations, who was a passenger in the van, was taken to the hospital through the ambulance due to a medical problem.
