The man said he was a good Samaritan when he was robbed. The police say he tried to request a prostitute

Scott County, Miss.

Now, the police say the man was actually trying to make a prostitute when he was robbed.

The incident took place on January 31 in Scott County.

James Gilmore told the police that while traveling on the 483 motorway, he noticed a disabled vehicle and wanted to help the woman from the inside.

Gilmore told the deputies that, while talking to the woman, two black men “came out of nowhere”, assaulted him and took the money, the vehicle, the weapons and the mobile phone.

In a video on Facebook posted by Sheriff Mike Lee, Lee said investigators “discovered what really happened.”

Gilmore has requested Haley Jackson for a few weeks through the cash, said the sheriff.

The pair decided a period and location to meet and, when Gilmore arrived, he was assaulted by two men after a fight with Jackson.

His possessions were taken and left the scene.

Since then, Haley Jackson has been accused of a strong armed robbery, and a man named Chris Griffin has been accused of a strong armed robbery.

Also, a mandate was issued for another man involved.

Gilmore was accused of requesting prostitution and of making false reports to law enforcement.
