Manuel Andres Francisco arrested under the charge of rape of crime

Marshall Co., Ala. (Waffle)-A 26-year-old man from Albertville is facing a rape accusation after a minor was born last week.

The Criminal Investigation Division of Marshall received a report that involved a minor who was born on February 19, 2025.

After investigating the complaint, an offense was obtained for rape – first degree for Manuel Andres Francisco (Tomas).

On February 25, investigators in Marshall County, together with the drug working group in Marshall and in collaboration with the US Internal Security Department arrested Francisco.

He was reserved in the prison in Marshall County, without any connection waiting for an aniah hearing.

Officials say that additional taxes are expected.
