Multiple firearms stolen from Camas Gun Shop; Police and Fedes are investigating

Police and federal authorities are investigating after the thieves have included several firearms on Tuesday in a theft at a Camas Shop.

Police officers in shirt responded to a burglary alarm around 2 in the morning, in Safefire, a range of interior and deposit at 4857 NW Lake Road, according to a press release. When they arrived, they saw evidence that a suspect or suspect forced through the front glass doors.

The police said that whoever entered the business stole several weapons and fled before the officers arrived. The authorities did not share the type of firearms and exactly how many were stolen.

A business representative wrote on Social Media that his retail shop will be closed for the next few days, but his range of weapons will remain open.

The office of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives investigates with the Local Police Department. The Camas Police ask anyone with information to call 360-834-4151.
