A father broke the confidence of his daughter and the holiness of their house, aggressing them in a common bedroom over a period of three years.

His daughter was subsequently sent to a placement house in 2022, after separated from her wife a year earlier.

Sexual attacks came to light only in 2023, when his daughter told her adoptive parents that she was reached inappropriately.

The court heard that the first incident took place when the girl was only 11 years old. The criminal prosecution said that the man did not know that his daughter was intellectually disabled.

The judicial documents have shown that the 55 -year -old man married his wife in 2006. The couple has two daughters, including the victim.

The man, his wife and the two daughters would sleep on four unique mattresses placed next to each other in a common bedroom at home.

The court heard that the arrangement was for the man to stretch next to his wife, with their two daughters on the other side.

Some time between 2018 and April 2019, the man waited until everyone sleeps before going to his daughter, who was 11 years old at that time. She was lying on the mattress further from his.

He then molested it over her clothes, kissed her on her lips and made her touch him inappropriately.

The child agreed, as he was afraid of him. The court has heard that she did not resist verbally or physically to her father, as she had seen him beating her mother on a previous occasion.

In December 2020, he again assaulted his daughter as she slept.

During the same period, he assaulted it for the third time.

The court heard that his daughter tried to turn her body this time, but continued to sexually assault her. The daughter later told her adoptive parents about her experiences. Adoptive parents alerted the girl’s child protection officer on March 9, 2023.

The man will return to court on April 3 to be convicted. The criminal prosecution is looking for a term of imprisonment of six years and five months for the man.

He cannot be registered because he is over 50.
