April 7 The date of mention for the comedian along Cham’s drug case

Sepang: The courtyard of a magistrate here established on April 7 for the next mention of the drug case that involved comedian along Cham, whose real name is Muhammad Nizamuddin Ahmad.

The case was mentioned in front of magistrate Muhammad Bukhori MD Ruslan on Friday (February 28).

The 42-year-old comedian has been accused of two drug offenses, namely the possession of 1.49 g of cannabis and administered his drug in December.

It was assumed that he committed the first crime at 15.10 at his house in Cyberjaya on December 14 and the second crime at 22:00 on the same day at the Sepang Police headquarters.

He was accused of sections 6 and 15 (1) of the Dangerous Drug Law of 1952 and could be facing a maximum of five -year imprisonment or a fine up to RM20.000 if convicted.

Inspi Sutri Patang has been prosecuted, while the Cham was represented by lawyer Syed Yusuf Syed Zaid. – Bernama
