The surveillance video showed filming

The police identified it on Terry in the surveillance video that showed them outside the convention store around 4:00 pm on November 5. Hemphill and his summer entered the store around 4:40 pm, Terry was inside the store and watched the window several times when they left, the video showed.

In the additional video, the shooter and Terry were seen running through a parking lot behind the cousins, at 4:54 pm, the shooter took on a firing position and Hemphill fell on the sidewalk.
