Season Season 2 Episode 7 reveals what O&D is doing and is darker than you think

One of the hundreds of mysteries in the core separation It’s exactly what the hell Department O&D is from. Season 2 episode 7 gave us some clarity and is even darker than we thought.

Initially, it seemed that their division was responsible for the work of art you see displayed in offices, but later, Mark and Co. Discover their team is much bigger. When they go back, I see the O&D staff dealing with various objects – from wetting cans.

In season 2, Irving visits O&D, where Felicia reveals that they used to deliver their items to the Export Hall, the gate gateway to the test floor. This raised only more questions but Episode 7 offer the answers. WARNING: Spoilers before!

Terrible truth behind O&D and his ideographic books

It seems that the O&D department creates and circulates unknown articles used by the candle to test their victims, including Mark Gemma’s wife. Its materials are not limited to Export roomwhether a gemma is sent a set of ideographic books from a fertility clinic long before her false death.

The optics and design team does not even know what their products are used. Although they used to send their deliveries to the Export Hall, now “I send a guy”.

This “guy” is Dr. Mauer, a new antagonist of Apple TV series+. In season 2 season 2 episode 7, “Chikhai Bardo”, we find out why it collected those dental tools from O&D in The previous chapter.

You see, Gemma is kept at the test floor against her will and is made to suffer various experiments in different test rooms.

Each room in which it goes into its transformation into another Inni. The first room is called “Wellington”, where it is made to undergo painful dental treatments – that is. The whole life is just a bad day in the dentists.

When she comes out, Gemma reveals that her jaw is painful. In another room, another Innie of Gemma’s is made to write perpetually thanksgiving for Christmas gifts, leaving her hand pain.

In this room, the “gifts” are clearly provided by the O&D department, as were the dental deliveries. But the most sinister disclosure of all must be the meaning behind the ideographic books.

Throw the mind back in season 1 and you will remember Dylan slipped one of the books from O&D, and I’m not at all bizarre, showing what looks like various physical forms of movement.

The only thing I have known so far is that they are important. So much that Milchick activated the emergency protocol for extensions to recover from Dylan.

However, seeing the background of Mark and Gemma, we find out that they have encountered fertility problems after Gemma had a spontaneous abortion. The pair decided to be subjected to IVF, but their fight caused friction in their relationship.

When Mark came home from work one day, he found jamma with ideographic books making notes. She explained that the fertility clinic sent them.

Now, this was a few months before Lumon was falsified and Mark was cut, which means that the organization is targeting the victims, rather than engaging employees when applying.

Without realizing it, O&D manufactures these control, pain and psychological pain tools. The same is true for MDR, mammals, and probably any other department on the cut floor.

Each group fulfills its own “mysterious and important” task, but the terrible truth is that they are all complicated in Lumon’s twisted experiments and do it without ever realizing it.
