Princeton, NJ (News 12 New Jersey) – a man from New Jersey is accused of killing his own brother.

Matthew Hertgen, thirty-one, was handcuffed and wore a vest, when he appeared on court on the video link this week in the Mercer County.

The police revealed that they were called on Saturday night at Joe Hertgen’s high quality apartment, near Witherspoon Street, about two blocks away from the prestigious Princeton University.
