1 dead, 3 injured in the columbus shooting of the east

Columbus, Ohio (WSYX) – One person is dead, and three others were injured in a shot on the east side of Columbus on Thursday night.

The Columbus Police Radio Radio said the officers went to block 490 in Kimball Place right after 7pm

Four victims were found with shooting wounds. Two people were taken at Grant Medical Center, one of them listed as in critical conditions and can endanger life, and the other listed as stable.

The other two were taken to the State University Hospital in Ohio, in stable condition. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the hospital.

“Several photos were pulled by more weapons,” SGT said. Joe Albert from the Columbus Police’s public information unit. “We have housings here on the spot that suggested that rifles and hand weapons were fired during this incident.”

No suspects were immediately taken to arrest. The police are investigating whether the shootings have been related to possible drug or tape activities. Witnesses reported that several shooters were involved in the firearms.

“The photos were in the wall of the kitchen,” said a neighbor named Frank. “I have a wife and grandson there.”
