Ghaziabad woman holds a brutal band rape, arrested after the requests were considered false

A woman was arrested in Ghaziabad to repeatedly level the allegations of rape, tape and kidnapping against her husband, who was earlier and her friends. The police said that his last statement was false and that he changed his statements several times in previous cases. Her husband is also in prison, based on one of the complaints filed.

Officials said that the woman has filed three complaints and three reports on the first information (wire) and changed its statements several times, even submitting requests that request that the complaints filed be withdrawn. The police said that her last thread, in which she claimed that she was brutally ganged by her husband’s friends and a bottle was introduced into her private parts, proved to be false and was arrested on Friday.

Series of accusations

In June last year, the woman, who was in a live-in relationship with Vikas Tyagi, a resident of Kavi Nagar of Ghaziabad, claimed to have raped her with the pretext of her. She said she was pregnant at the time and the child died because she was sexually assaulted and because Tyagi hit her in her stomach.

The woman repeated her accusations in her first statement, but changed the attack when her statement was registered in front of a judicial magistrate, officials said. In the second statement, she said that the relationship was consensual and Tyagi beat it only, but they reached an agreement outside the court in this regard. She also said she suffered a miscarriage because she did not follow her doctor’s advice.

In August, the woman approached the police again and said she changed her statement in June, because Tyagi, her brother-in-law and one of her friends threatened to kill her if she didn’t. A police statement said he had submitted a request later in the same month, stating that he had married Tyagi and asked to stop the action in her previous complaint. He also uploaded a video by saying the same.

The husband closed

Four months later, in January, he filed complaints and filed a thread stating that Tyagi and her mother obtained the wedding led in an incomplete way and he raped it in the pretext of marriage. She also said that Tyagi threw her and tried to implement, pouring alcohol and, later, in a statement, she claimed she was ganged by him and two of his friends.

While the investigations revealed that the tape rape charges were false, her medical report showed evidence of burning injuries. Tyagi was arrested on February 17 and is in prison.

On Tuesday, the woman still made the most serious accusation, claiming that three of Tyagi’s friends kidnapped it when she was on the way to the market, they made it numb by injection of a substance and made it rape it. He also claimed that they put some chemicals on the neck, introduced a bottle in its private parts and threw it on a lot of garbage, near the Mehrauli gate.

She claimed that the incident took place on Monday. However, the police checked the CCTV filming, discovered that he left the house around 8.30 pm, sat in a car later and was thrown home at 10.19. She was seen walking normally to her apartment.

The call records and the details of the location of Tyagi’s friends, who were accused by the woman, revealed that they were not at the place of the alleged crime. During the medical verification, the chemical he supported -was cast on his neck, seemed to have been applied with cotton.

Deputy Police Commissioner, Rajesh Kumar Singh, said: “I received the bandwidth complaint on February 25th. When I investigated and carried out a medical check -up, I found that the wire against her husband’s friends was false, conceived and deposited for reasons.

Asked what is the possible reason, Mr. Singh said: “The woman lives in Tyagi’s apartment since their relationship started. The reason could be connected to the apartment.”
