Former mental health technician accused of vulnerable adult abuse in Colombia

Colombia, SC (WIS) – an investigation of the South Carolina Law Division (SLED) has led to a former mental health technician who was accused of abusing a vulnerable adult, according to the Agency.

Jerome Jordan, 43 years old, worked at the Wellpath Recovery Solutions in Colombia, on October 5, 2024, when he poured milk on one of the residents and grabbed his hair and put it on the floor, according to an arrest warrant.

Jordan was arrested on January 30, 2025 and reserved in the Detention Center Alvin S. Glenn.

SLED said that Wellpatch Recovery Solutions asked the agency to investigate the incident.
