– A former employee of Henry’s Foods was accused of two crimes and a crime, after he was supposed to have done illegal activity on the company’s computer systems.

Daniel James Meduna, 43, has been accused of computerized damages and electronic data theft, both crimes and access to unauthorized computer.

The accusations were filed at the Douglas District Court on February 25th.

A search warrant was executed at the residence of Meduna on October 10, when 36 articles were confiscated, including laptops, tablets, storage devices, mobile phones and hard drives, the statement shows.

Meduna, who was not at home when the mandate was executed, initially refused to access the servers of Henry’s Foods from his IP address and order an TV, the statement said.

However, shortly after denied the TV, Meduna would have recognized that he had ordered a TV, but said he had canceled the order, the statement said.

Meduna also said that he ordered the TV when he had a job with Henry’s Foods and admitted that he did this in the past and paid the invoice when the articles entered, the statement said.
