Byju Raveendran Breaks Silence supports collusion between Voice Trust, Ey India and IRP – industry news

Byju Raveendran, the founder of Edtech with problems, Byju’s, spoke for the first time in months, addressing the company’s financial crisis and legal struggles in a LinkedIn post. He directly accused the Voice Trust, the agent for the American creditors of Byju and the professional with provisional resolution (IRP) who supervises the company, to do evil, rather than to protect it.

“I and several employees received a document with conclusive evidence of criminal collusion between EY India, which I otherwise held in great attention, Voice Trust, who claims to represent the creditors he does not represent, and IRP who was appointed by an Indian court to protect Byju, but ended up destroying it.” He wrote. He asked the authorities to investigate the problem, confident that a thorough probe will reveal the truth.

In his post, Raveendran also addressed speculation about his personal finances, pushing back against the claims that he and his family have accumulated the wealth from the sale of the company. “It was said that my family has made a fortune by selling our actions. But that’s just half of the story. It was not said that everything that “wealth” was brought back in our company, “he said, revealing that he even sold the house and risked his family’s financial security to keep the company on the line.

Reflecting on Byju’s battles, Raveendran recognized feelings of guilt and regret. “It wasn’t easy. Today, I live with the guilt to put my family through unimaginable misery. I live with the regret of not being able to fulfill the promises I made once to all interested parties, ”he wrote. Despite this fact, he remains determined to rebuild, stressing that “every delay is just a configuration for a greater return.”

He also suggested Byju’s future plans, revealing that the company worked on AI -based learning products that will “redefine learning”. He hired himself to engage directly with the stakeholders before, stating: “From now on, you will hear him directly from me. Because the direct action is the way we built Byju’s ”.

By addressing the employees of the past and present, Raveendran hit a note of resistance and hope. “For all byjuits, past and present, I have only one message: stay strong, stay proud. Forgive me for my mistakes. We will be stronger again than ever, ”he concluded, inviting those who believe in the company’s mission to be part of his rebirth.
