Dale Green no longer teach architecture at Morgan State University

Dale Glenwood Green is no longer a professor at Morgan State University, a school spokesman said on Friday.

Green, who taught courses on architecture and related studies since 2008, built a reputation that supports the historical preservation of some of the oldest black communities in Maryland. Recently consulted on the project for Redeeming of the port in the center of Baltimore.

Dell Jackson from Morgan State refused to comment on the circumstances of Green’s departure, calling it “a matter of human resources”.

Baltimore Banner reported in December that Green had been fined $ 20,000 for practicing architecture without license.

Accompanying the fine was a creepy order from the Maryland architect council. The Board of Directors has decided that Green was wrongly presented as an authorized architect, going so far to forge his own license.

When the problem was brought to the attention of the administrators of the state of Morgan, Green created an E -E -Moys exchange to hide the truth, the decision said.

Attempts to get to Green were not successful. Green’s lawyer, Paul Knupp, said previously that Green planned to appeal to the Board of Directors in the circuit court.

Starting on Friday morning, such a process has not been submitted, according to electronic judicial documents. KNUPP did not respond immediately to a comment request.

According to his university bi, Green has learned a variety of courses related to architecture, including studio classes in which students achieve practical experience of building buildings.

Green, who has worked for years to make public the history of African-American communities on the eastern shore of Maryland, also described as a descendant of both Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass.

Since then, Morgan State has eliminated Green’s web page.
