A man from Lancaster County turned to the police after accusing him to have raped an 11-year-old boy earlier this year and sexually exposed a 10-year-old child, according to tax documents.

The police filed charges against Giovanni Burgos, 32, from Denver, Pennsylvania, on February 21, but was not sure of his place. However, four days later it turned, according to a police report.

Burgos is currently incarcerated in the prison in Lancaster County, after he failed to post his $ 500,000 bail, the judicial documents said.

On January 29, an 11 -year -old boy told the East Cocalico Township police that he was sexually assaulted by Burgos.

In an interview at the Children’s Alliance Center in Lancaster County, the boy told investigators that the latest attack took place on January 26, after watching the NFL-AFC championship with Burgos and a 10-year-old boy.

The boy said they stopped the football game at the break and went to play video games in his room.

Also, Burgos forced the 11 -year -old to carry out other sexual acts on him, the police said.

On a separate occasion, the 11-year-old boy said that Burgos grabbed his genital organs and “slipped, but it is not difficult, but he did harm.”

The 10-year-old boy told Burgos police exposed his genital organs and masturbated with a sex toy in December 2024.

The police served a search warrant at the residence on February 21 and found a box that contains sex toys, sexual lubricant and E -edition addressed Burgos.

Burgos is accused of two accusations of rape of a child, two accusations of involuntary sexual restraint with a child, three charges of indecent aggression of a person less than 13, two accusations of corruption of minors, illegal contact with a minor and indecent attack.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.
