The Spring Creek man arrested for holding a woman at home for three days | News, sports, jobs

A Spring Creek man was closed after the police responded to a hostage situation.

The 53 -year -old Robert Roy Hall.

According to the probable statement, the police responded to the call that Hall kept a person against their will with a knife. Illegal restriction/serious bodily injury, a 1st degree crime, a simple assault, a second -degree crime, terrorist threats of crimes with the intention of terrorizing another, a first degree, harassment and cruelty to animals.

Magisterial district judge, Ray Zydonik, performed a preliminary action and set the Hall’s bail at $ 100,000. Unable to post bail, Hall was taken to prison in Warren County. On March 12, a preliminary hearing at the Zydonik Court was scheduled.

According to the statement, when the state troops arrived, a woman said that Hall Jr. was “Holding it in the house against her will and hit her and her dog.”

Hall is supposed to prevented the victim from leaving for three days, and took the mobile phone and sat on the couch with the woman, telling him that if they were trying to leave or contact someone, he would kill her.

The statement also said that Hall hit the woman several times, dragged her to her hair in her bedroom and told her she would hang and make her look. It is assumed that the woman’s service dog tried to bite Hall, according to the statement.

“Hall grabbed his neck, raised him from the ground and shook him. Then he began to hit the dog several times, ”” states the statement.

The woman was able to connect an old phone that she was given by Hall to play games at Wi-Fi and send a message on Facebook to a friend who asked them to call 911 while he was sleeping at her feet with a butcher knife.
