Madison, wis. (WLS) – A woman in Wisconsin who serves time for a 2014 Zvelt Snaban Stabbing case may not get out of a mental health unit The order of the judge last month.

Morgan Geyser’s hearing for a possible launch plan has been canceled. It is due to the new charges in the installation in which it is treated, which include statements that it has sent an art work of a violent nature.

Her lawyer denies that she had done something inappropriate.

In January, the circuit judge of Waukesha County, Michael Bohren, ordered the State Health Department to come with a plan for its supervised issuance within 60 days.

A new hearing to consider whether Geyser’s release should be revoked is set for next week.

Geyser -22 years ago -was 12 years old when she and a classmate and lured her friend in the woods in Waukesha, Wisconsin and stabbed him 19 times to please the Fictiv Slender Man’s fictional character, according to authorities, in a case that continues to generate national titles.

The victim, Payton Leutner, suffered injuries that can endanger life, but eventually survived. Geyser and her co-assylist, Anissa Weier, were accused in adult court with an intended omucidation of grade I.

Geyser was convicted of charges, but was not found guilty because of mental illness or defects and was sentenced to up to 40 years in a psychiatric institution.

Weier was found guilty of mental illness or defects after he was guilty for a lower accusation and was sentenced to up to 25 years in a psychiatric institution. In 2021, at the age of 19, Weier is granted the supervised release.

Three psychologists confessed last month that Geyser is also mentally prepared for supervised release.
