The teenager was taken to the hospital after the incident that happened in Greencroft, DimlesAround 18.30, Wednesday (February 26).

The force said: “On Wednesday, around 6:30 pm, I received a report on a boy who was assaulted by a group of men on Greencroft. Following the attack, the victim was put in a car by his attackers and driven to an address on Oakenfield.

“The suspects then left the scene.
