Theft Chraj: job seeker for the court for the stealing your mobile phone

ACCRA, March 1, GNA a 36-year-old job applicant, who stole a mobile phone from one of the offices of the Human Rights and Administrative Justice (Chraj) in Accra was closed.

Foster Nyarko was closed when it appeared before the court to steal an A54 5G mobile phone, evaluated at GHC4.999, belonging to a main administrator at Chraj.

The court, chaired by Basilia Adjei-Tawiah, at the last sitting, sentenced Nyarko for his own reason, but postponed the sentence.

Nyarko was sentenced to a 13 -month prison on charges of illegal entry and two years for theft.

The sentences are to run at the same time.

Nyarko pleaded for leniency and hired not to do that.

The case, presented by the chief inspector Daniel Ofori Appiah, said that the plaintiff, Celis -jane Nyadroh, was the main administrator of the Chraj headquarters.

On October 23, 2024, Nyarko was close to Choraj managers that he was following his request to the Human Resources Department.

The prosecutor’s office said that Nyarko entered the applicant’s office on the first floor, but met her absence.

Nyarko left with the applicant’s phone, he said.

On October 24, 2024, the applicant reported the problem to the Police Section of Ministries, Accra.

On January 30, 2025, Luck circumvented Nyarko when he hired in a similar theft at the College of Doctors and Surgeons in Ghana and was ennobled by leadership.

The CCTV films presented to the Police of Ministries by the applicant, and its witnesses revealed Nyarko’s image by committing the act.

On January 31, 2025, Nyarko was escorted at the scene of the crime, and he acknowledged that he stole the applicant’s phone and entered her office.
