Pastor NJ Charles Brinson accused of drugs, sexually assaulting teenage

A pastor from New Jersey would have sexually drugged and assaulted a teenager in his home, the authorities said.

Charles B. Brinson was arrested at his house in Trenton, February 19, after the victim accused him of training the teen’s drink and approached them once they passed, the authorities said.

The 16 -year -old made charges against Brinson, 64, more than a year ago, according to the Prosecutor of Mercer County.

The bishop of the Brinson Memorial Church was accused of two charges of sexual aggression of a victim incapacity and two charges of endangering the well -being of the child.

Brinson, who founded the church in 2014, would have been abused by the victim last year, in two separate incidents in his house, according to the Prosecutor’s Office of Mercer.

The pastor’s probe is in progress.

He was released after his arrest.

Brinson did not return calls in search of a comment.

In September 2008, Brinson was arrested for taking a 15 -year -old boy in Philadelphia and brought him back to his house in Florence, NJ, According to Fox 29.

Finally, the accusations were abandoned.

In 2009, Brinson accepted a plea agreement and was sentenced to four years of evidence.

He also asked to register as a sexual offender, Fox 29 reported.
