Sean Combine Accused of Sexual Abuse, Constraint by Bad Boy co-founder Kirk Burrows

Kirk Burrowes, co-founding partner and former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, is in court Sean “Diddy” Combs Over what he calls a “profoundly disturbing model” of sexual abuse, constraint, violence and intimidation that has spread for more than a decade.

On Friday, February 28, Burrowes’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, filed an 18 -page complaint against his former business partner in New York, holding years of “predatory” actions and a general encouragement of a “toxic environment of coercion, fear and psychological manipulation”, according to the judicial documents.

In the complaint, the 55 -year -old combination, he is accused of undergoing “repeated sexual harassment, physical aggression and forced observance of degrading sexual acts” – including “unwanted sexual progress”, such as “nudity, sexual overloads, voyeurism and acts of exhibition”, some of them have occurred.

For a long time the musical mogul is accused of climbing the “control campaign, resorting to physical violence, blackmail, career sabotage and financial extortion”, on which the complaint claims that it included “forced constraint”, so Burrowowes would give up a 25% participation at Bad Boy Entertainment.

Burrowes has previously submitted a process against a combination for an alleged incident from 1996 in 2003, but the previous complaint was eventually rejected.

Burrows’s February 28 complaint comes two days after submitting an additional legal action against Combs mother, Janice Combs, claiming that she illegally took control of her 25% package at Bad Boy following the alleged Treaty of Physical Violence.

In it, he claimed that Combs’s mother “participated in the knowledge of the fraudulent scheme to achieve a 100%control” of the Bad Boy Entertainment and “carefully maintained a facade of integrity, portraiting -as an innocent Bystander, while orchestrates the financial and professional fall”, obtained by people.

In a statement for people, Combs legal team said: “This last trial filed by Kirk Burrowes, filed by no one other than Tyrone Blackburn, is another frivolous attempt to re-limit the requests that have been repeatedly thrown outside the court over the last 30 years.”

“Despite repeated dismissal, Burrowows and Blackburn intend to waste the court time and resources, refusing the rejected requests and now pulling the mother of Mr. Combs, 80, in this regard,” they added.

The new registration against Combs, which cites the New York Motivated Genre Violence Law marks another series of accusations against the musician, who has been accused of more than a dozen people from sexual behaviorwhich he denied.

Combs also faces federal criminal charges such as sex traffic and transport to engage in prostitution, to which he pleaded not guilty. The musical mogul takes place at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn with a trial process for May.

The complaint states that Burrowes has held both the functioning position and the general manager of Bad Boy in the 90s. He claims that the combs were employed in sexual coercion and exhibition at their job between 1992 and 1994, forcing him to look at Burrowes to look at the “sexual acts,” Potential and third parties at Bad Boy Entertainment Office, strengthening their control by humiliation and intimidation. ”

It is assumed that he was combined and called the associate “under false claims” through an intercom of the company, according to the complaint, which would have entered a room where the combination would “receive oral sex or engage in other Lewd acts” -which the registration calls its attempt to “decompose the applicant’s resistance and establish.

He would make “inappropriate and sexually suggestive observations” about Burrows’s body and also said that Burrows is present for his sexual activities was “part of the” culture “of the entertainment industry and a successful requirement,” the complaint says.

The complaint claims that such actions have climbed the “physical constraint and forced submission” between 1995 and 1996.

This includes a 1995 business trip, which is supposed to have forced to seek Burrowes to masturbate, another incident at the end of 1995, when the combs would have fixed it “on a bed and (simulated) sexual relations until it ejaculated” and other accusations about it.

It is also assumed that he asked for burrows “shake hands, blow jobs and use objects on it anally,” according to the complaint.

Another part of the complaint, Combs is again accused of “storming” in Burrowes’s office with a baseball stick, in the effort to make him “sign his 25% package of Bad Boy Entertainment, Inc. or to face violent repercussions. ” Then, Burrowows “signed the property participation without receiving any financial compensation” in 1996, Combs would have taken “active measures to delete” the inheritance to the company, according to registration.

Burrowes also accuses the comb of “post-termination and black listing”, which take place in 2022. It is assumed to have “personally contacting the industry directors, warning them to work with the applicant and label him as reliable, effectively reducing his career prospects”.

Additional accusations in the complaint are more recent, including a statement that Combs’s security details surrounded and threatened him around 2013 or 2014 in New York, before Combs assumed that he grabbed his buttocks and pulled him “close to his body” to simulate a Bearhug and another alleged incident in 2019.

“After seeing the plaintiff, the combination grabbed him aggressively, preventing him in the same false false that he made years before,” says the complaint. “As was the case in the 1990s and early 2000s, Combs took advantage of the opportunity to degrade the applicant by grabbing him, beating him on his rear end and daring to do something in this regard. Combs then continued to put the plaintiff in an excessive attempt to assert him.”

Burrowes’s complaint against the comb – filed on February 28 – finally supports a “history and inclination for violence”, with Burrows requesting a jury process and seeking to be offered “with remediation for physical, emotional and financial devastation that was caused.”
