The body of a Congress worker was found filled in a suitcase next to a bus stand in the Rohtak Haryana district on Saturday, the police said. The Congress called for a high level probe at the death of Himani Narwal (22 years old), which was associated with Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Rahul Gandhi party party.

The suitcase was observed by passers -by near the Sampla bus stand and informed the police. Upon receiving information about the incident, the police and a forensic team arrived at the scene and found Narwal’s corpse inside the suitcase.

The police said that the victim’s neck was wrapped with a Dupatta, and the victim had Mehendi on her hands. Police suspect that Narwal, a resident in the Vijay Nagar area of ​​Rohtak, could have been killed by strangling with Dupatta.

Her body was taken to Pgims Rohtak for a post-mortem exam.

Narwal posted many photos of herself with former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and the MP Deeeder Singh Hooda and the MLA BB Old Party on Social Media.

Reacting to development, the old woman asked for a site investigation in this regard and said that Narwal used to participate in each program of the Congress party.

The Sampla Police Station, Vijendra Singh, said he started an investigation in the case after he and his team arrived at the scene. He also said that a case was registered.

The police said that additional measures will be taken after post-mortem.

Bhupinder Hooda, former Chief Minister Honyana, said the news about Narwal’s “barbarian crime” was “shocking” and asked for a high -level impartial probe in the incident.

“The news of the barbarian killing of the Himani Narwal Congress worker in Rohtak are extremely sad and shocking. I pay my tribute to the departed soul and express the deepest condolences for family members.

“There should be a high -level impartial investigation of this crime, and the Government should give justice to the victim’s family as soon as possible and offer the worst punishment,” he said.
