The fourth person accused of shooting at 2 Davenport Homes in March 2024

Davenport, Iowa (KWQC) – a Bettendorf man faces several accusations, including attempted murder after police said he and three others he fired Numerous photos at two Davenport houses in March 2024.

20 -year -old Dameron Ristoron Spears was reserved on Thursday in Scott County prison, on five charges of attempted murder, a Class B crime; Two accusations of intimidation with a dangerous weapon, a Class C offense; conspiracy for committing a forced crime, a Class C offense; Going armed with intention, a class of class D; four assault charges while attending an offense, a class D crime; and the participation of the criminal band, a class offense D.

Judicial records show that it was detained without bonds. A preliminary hearing is provided for Friday.

According to an arrest statement:

The officers responded at 10:23 pm on March 11, 2024, at block 1700 on Davie street for a firearms report and found 52 carcas on the back of two houses.

Numerous bullets were located behind both houses, and the officers believed they were the targets of the shootings.

Eight people, including four children, were inside the houses at the time of the incident. No wounds were reported.

The video recovered in the area showed four people who shoot at the houses and then left. The medical -legal analysis of the recovered carcass shows three separate 9 mm weapons and a caliber gun .40 were used for shooting, according to the statement.

Two other men, Deshawn Kywon Sanders, 18 years old and De’Marion Montez Angel Jr., 23, both from Davenport, and a 16 -year -old boy were arrested earlier this year.

The boy, 17 years ago, was accused of an adult.
