The owner of the northern security company -estul Ohio, charged for tracking

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio) – the owner of a security company accused of following seven women after installing their security systems was charged with a large jury of Cuyahoga County.

Robert Hocevar, 57, is facing a total of 27 taxes:

  • Six charges of theft
  • Six charges of unauthorized use of computer, cable or telecommunications
  • Seven accusations of threat by pursuing-three numbers with sexual specifications
  • Seven charges of harassing telecommunications
  • A number of holding criminal tools

According to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, Michael O’malley, between February 2021 and January 2025, Hocevar installed systems on three business and two residences in Lakewood, Breksville, Lyndhurst, Westlake and Mayfield Heights.

After installing the systems, O’malley said that Hocevar will access the systems without consent and send the victims messages, photos and sexually sexually sexually.

In addition, Hocevar would also have left sexually explicit objects in three of the victims’ jobs.

O’malley said the seven victims are between 46 and 56 years old.

“This sexual deviant used the profession to keep and harass women,” O’malley said. “He has previously been convicted three times for the same behavior and remains a danger to our community.”

Hocevar will be notified on March 5.

In 2008, Hocevar was convicted of a number of telecommunications and a number of threats by tracking and was sentenced to nine months in prison.

In 2015, Hocevar was convicted of three charges of harassment of telecommunications and was sentenced to one year in prison.

In 2020, Hocevar was convicted of two charges of threat by prosecuting and being sentenced to six months in prison.

If he is convicted of threats by pursuing a sexual specificity, he will have to register as a sexual offender.
