In accordance with the rules of orientation and transparency of the Financial Conduct Authority, on February 28, 2025, the total number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence, each of the company concerned is 405.193,982, of which 5,002,000 ordinary shares are held in the treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights is 400.191.982.

The figure above (400.191.982) can be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will be asked to notify their interest or a modification of their interest in the company in accordance with the rules of orientation and transparency of the authority of financial conduct.
