Paragould, Ark. (Kait) – A paragored man is held in the detention center of Greene county, following his arrest under the suspicion of rape of children.

On Saturday, March 1, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Paragould Police Department and the State Division in Arkansas received a report of sexual abuse that involve a child.

According to the statement, during a criminal interview with a CACD investigator, the victim said that Brian Gray, 52, “performed sexual acts” on them.

“The victim has revealed sexual acts that constitute rape by the definition of status,” Beesley said in the court documents.

The alleged victim stated that the documents took place on “several occasions” between 2020 and January this year.

Following the interview, the police arrested Gray on three accusations of rape and took him to the detention center to wait for his first appearance in court.

Online detainees show that it has been launched just more than an hour after its reservation.

However, Captain Jason Elms with PPD told K8 News that Gray is still incarcerated.

“He is actually 423 now,” Elms said. “Try to find a facility for him. Until then, it will remain in prison. “
