Zepeda vs. Farmer 2: Another round, the same result? Collazo defends against Cano in Cancún

Zepeda vs. Farmer 2: Another round, the same result? Collazo defends against Cano in Cancún

The undercard for the WBC interim champion, William Zepeda Vs. TEVIN FARMER 2 REMATCH, on March 29, will have the WBA/WBO champion with minimal Oscar Collazo (11-0, 8 KO) that will defend against Edwin Cano (13-2-1, 4 KOS) at Poliforum Benito Juárez, Mexico. The event will be displayed Lives on Dazn.

Callazo-Cano will make it interesting, but the fight will not attract many fans for this book. Cano can’t punch and will be food for Collazo to destroy earlier. Golden Boy has to add a much better fight than this on the Zepeda-Farmer 2 card to make fans interested in following March 29.

Farmer 2: Why?

The decision to put on the Zepeda (32-0, 27 KO) back with the former farmer of the IBF Super Featherweight champion (33-7-1, 8 KO), in a revenge, must be guess for the second, because they have already fought on November 16 last year. The Zepeda beat the pharma by a decision of 10 rounds in a fight that was not so competitive if you consider all the body’s shots that William has landed. The scores were 95-94, 95-94 for the Zepeda and 95-94 for the pharma.

The 34 -year -old pharma, wilted from the eighth round, has sometimes doubled from fists to the bread basket. Why did the judges marked so closely on Earth? One of them even won the farmer, which is crazy because he was beaten to the middle of the section.

If and when the Zepeda wins this fight on March 29, Golden Boy must move it and not waste time with a third fight. With all the many competitors from Zepeda, he should not get stuck on the revenge cycle against his weeping enemies, as he did here.

No matter how much the zepeda will be beat, the farmer will probably be mud water saying it was worth the win. He has no other option than to make it look controversial, because if he recognizes he has lost, his chances of getting a third fight are leaking.

Stevenson is waiting

Easy champion WBC Shakur Stevenson And his promoter Eddie Hearn wants to fight with the stepped. This would be a good fight for Golden Boy to set up. Shakur had trouble defeating Electrician Josh Padley in his last February 22. Imagine just what the steppe will do. Shakur is another plaintiff. If he loses or looks bad against Zepeda, he will probably blame him in the hands of the glasses.

“We will make the most of this opportunity and show once again that we are the best in the 105 kilograms in the world,” Collazo said.
