Waco, Texas (Kwtx) – A man was in a state of intoxication when he entered the room of a teenager and agreed him, he shows in the arrest warrant.

Michael F. Gonner, 43, is accused of sexual assault of a child, according to judicial documents and online prison documents.

He is owned at the prison in McLennan county, on an obligation of $ 50,000.

A “reporting party” alerted the authorities about the alleged sexual assault on January 19, the mandate shows.
