China adds 10 American companies to the list of unsafe entities, 15 to the Export Control List

China announced on Tuesday that 10 American companies were added to its list of insecure entities and 15 on its export control list.

Companies on the list of insecure entities include TCOM Limited Partnership, Stick Rudder Enterprises LLC, Teledyne Brown Engineering Inc., Huntington Insee Inc., S3 Aerodefense, Cubic Corporation, Teoretore, Federal Act1, Exovera and Plan Management Group, according to a statement of the Ministry of Commerce.

China also announced that the American company Illumina Inc. It was added to the list of insecure entities last month, forbidding it to export gene sequencers to China.

These companies will be forbidden to get involved in import and export activities related to China and make new investments in the country.

In addition, 15 American companies were added to the export control list: Leidos, Gibbs & Cox Inc., IP video Market Info Inc., Sourcemap Inc., Skydio Inc., Rapid Flight Llc, Red Six Solutions, Shield AI Inc., Havocai, Neros Technologies, Group W, Aerkomm Inc. Aeronautical Systems Inc., General Dynamics Land Systems, and Aeromicsic Inc. Aeroms

The export of double use articles to these 15 companies will also be forbidden, and all the export activities in progress must be stopped immediately, the statement shows.

The prohibitions are “legal” and implemented to protect the country’s “national sovereignty and security,” he added.
