Man Sanford accused of unloading firearm

An 18-year-old man from Sanford is facing an accusation of crime for downloading a weapon in an occupied property on October 10, 2024.

Jay’veon Malik Sweet was charged on November 4, 2024. However, no incident information was available on EcoTs. Sweet turned 18 on October 26, 2024.

He is also charged with crime conspiracy.

Sweet lives in the 500 block of Beulah Brown Road, outside the minter school road, to the south of the southern Lee High School.

He was arrested on November 15, 2024 and posted a guaranteed duty of $ 200,000 that day, when Stephanie Reed paid $ 12,500 and promised to pay $ 2,500 for Sweet’s release.
