Detroit police officer was notified for sending inappropriate text messages to Juvenil – Mabomb Daily

A 37 -year -old Detroit police officer was notified on Tuesday about an incident involving a minor woman.

It is assumed that on February 22, Earl Raynard Anderson, Jr. sent improper text messages to a young girl from Warren. Anderson was accused of acting a child for immoral purposes, a four -year offense.

According to a statement of the Warren police department, the accusations come from an investigation of the special division of the victim of the department, which was launched after a parent contacted the police and claimed that her 12-year-old daughter received sexual explicit text messages from Anderson.

The investigation revealed that Anderson, who is the victim’s mother’s husband, would have sent the child “numerous sexualized messages” during the late night and early morning. The messages were then deleted by Anderson, who would have trained the victim to delete the messages.

Warren police investigators have managed to recover deleted messages that, according to a statement of the Warren police department, corroborated the victim’s account of events.

The results of the investigation were presented at the Prosecutor’s Office of Macomb, who authorized the charity against Anderson. Anderson was arrested without incident by Warren investigators on March 3.

Warren police investigators continue to analyze electronic devices to determine if there are additional victims.

Anderson was referred to 37 district courts and introduced a guilt. Judge Michael Chupa set obligations at $ 200,000 in cash/guarantee. If the obligation is posted, Anderson has no contact with anyone under 17, no contact with the victim and no internet or internet devices.

According to a statement by the Detroit police chief, Todd Bettison, Anderson was placed on administrative leave. Bettison called the “disturbing and related” accusations and said that the department’s internal business unit will carry out a parallel investigation of the alleged incident and that they submit documents to eliminate Anderson from the city’s salary.

According to a statement of the Warren police department, the Warren and Detroit police departments have maintained the communication during the investigation of the incident.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for March 18, at 8:45 am, in front of Judge Suzanne Faunce.
