Supply Committee 2025 Debate, Day 3: Patrick Tay on applying decisions in jobs at work

When disputes at work ends in civil courts or in work complaints, workers can earn the case, but face additional problems if the employer is not able or does not want to pay. By doing this point in Parliament on Tuesday (March 4), the parliamentarian Patrick Tay said the execution process should be improved and accelerated to help victims recover their money. He also asked the law on protection against harassment (Poha), which has been around a decade. Mr. Tay wanted to know how many cases and what types, they were submitted and mediated by Curtea de Poha.
