The Toronto man accused in the alleged indecent act

The Toronto man accused in the alleged indecent act

A Toronto man is experiencing accusations in an indentation of the indecent act, after he is supposed to have exposed to a child at a mall in Vaughan.

The victim contacted the police a day later, claiming that an indecent act was held at a shop in a shopping center in the Jane Street and Rutherford Road area.

It is assumed that around 2 pm on February 22, the victim was in a store with their child, when an unknown man exposed and reached the genital organs. No physical wounds were reported.

The man was identified on March 2 as Dale Forder, 50 years old, from Toronto. He is experiencing accusations that include indecent exposure to a person under 16 and an indecent law.

Investigators release an image of the suspect, because they think there are more victims and encourage them to come.
