St. Paul’s man convicted in the incident McCool Junction Motor Speedway

McCool Junction, Neb. (KSNB) – a man from St.

According to the courts in the York District, Brandon Dack, 39, has not pleaded any competition for the three charges of offenses. These were for theft by illegal taking, intimidation through electronic communication and garbage.

Also, as part of the plea agreement, the prosecutors agreed to renounce the crime of an accusation of stolen firearm.

Judicial records show that the incident happened in June at McCool Junction Motor Speedway. Dack called 911 to talk to someone about a relationship between his minor daughter and a 23 -year -old man.

Dack is accused of stealing a weapon and alcohol From the man’s pickup and then threatening people from Speedway. He was later arrested on a county road near the Hippodrome, but he had no weapon.

A NSP service dog found the weapon in a nearby corn field.

The judicial registrations indicate that Dack was in a legal state at the time of his arrest.

The judge in question ordered a pre-test report, as well as an evaluation of the substance abuse should be done before his sentence.

He is scheduled to be convicted on April 28 to 11 in the morning
