A suspect arrested, two wanted to beat, 90-year-old robbery

Lumberton – The Sheriff’s office in Robeson County arrested a South Carolina man about a robbery in the comfort store.

According to the sheriff’s office, two more suspects are you want in this case.

Around 4:34, February 21, the Sheriff’s office in Robeson County responded to a business in the 9100 block of the 41 North highway, in Lumberton, referring to an armed robbery. “The owner of the 90 -year -old store was found assaulted upon the arrival of the deputies,” according to Tuesday’s report from the sheriff’s office.

On Monday, Ciontae L. Owens, 24, from Sumter, South Carolina, was arrested at Sumter by the Sheriff’s office in Sumter County, according to the report. Owens is accused of conspiracy of crime, robbery with a dangerous weapon, second -degree kidnapping and crime attack. Owens is under arrest at the detention center of Sumter County without bonds. Owens has given up extradition and will be extradited to North Carolina for its first appearance, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s office. The 20 -year -old Reed Legend, and Jeremy Sealey, 32 years old, both from Sumter, are accused and wishes for crimes for crimes, robbery with a dangerous weapon, a second degree and attack attack, according to the sheriff’s office.

“The investigation is ongoing,” the report said on Tuesday. “The case is investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division of Robeson County Sheriff. The office of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives, the sheriff’s office in Sumter County, the Horry County Police Department and the American marches Carolinas Fugitive Task Force attended the investigation.
